ORDERING & DELIVERY
All jewellery is lovingly made by hand in our Isle of Wight studio. 'In Stock' items please allow up to 3-5 working days before dispatch. 'Made to Order' items please allow 6-8 weeks, we will keep you informed on time frame
All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail either 'First Class signed for' or 'Special Delivery' dependent on the Jewellery value. Please be aware that all deliveries will require a signature. For International orders Royal Mail ‘International Signed For’ or 'Special Delivery' will be used.
All jewellery will arrive individually packaged in custom grey Adrienne Wroath logo boxes ready for gift giving and will include a personal thank you note. If you would like the note to include a short personal message, please contact us after you order with your request.
We hope that you love your new Adrienne Wroath treasure! But if you do wish to return or exchange an item, this can be done up to 14 days from purchase providing that the item has not been worn, is in perfect condition and in the original packaging.
We regret that in compliance with the current UK Health and Hygiene regulations, we cannot accept the return of pierced items such as earrings or studs. Bespoke, personalised or made to order items are also not entitled to a refund or exchange
Please contact us before returning. If you are posting the item back to us, we recommend that you use insured special delivery as we will not be responsible for loss in transit. Please note that the cost of shipping is not refundable. Always retain the proof of posting.
Charm bangles & cuff's can be resized at an additional cost. Rings can be resized at an additional cost. Rings with stones are far more tricky to resize, depending on the type of stone & metal they will either be replaced with a new ring in the correct size if returned immediately unworn, or resized at an additional cost.
We will repair within 3 months from purchase at no charge, any item that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and care. Broken chains are not included. After 3 months, a small charge will apply for jewellery repairs. Please contact us with your inquiry and we'll get right back to you.
